Nature’s Antidepressant

Here is a goofy picture of me before my immersion. As you can see, I've achieved the age where I really don't care what anyone thinks of me--so liberating!! The Frosty hat was my daughter's back in junior high and it was nice and toasty on my ears so I wore it while walking on the beach with my doggie Luna and my honey to stir up enough heat to strip down and jump in the ocean. I immerse myself in the ocean every time I go to the beach, year round. It is nature's antidepressant.
